Default How much leverage is appropriate for a newbie?

Leverage is an essential component for a trader which determines the risk. But how much leverage will keep newbies apart from risk?

For newbies, it's recommended to use lower leverage to minimize risk, typically 1:10 or 1:20. High leverage can amplify both profits and losses, making it harder to manage risk. Starting with smaller leverage helps build experience and reduces the potential for significant losses while learning the market. LQDFX broker offers leverage up to 1:100 but I use leverage according to my risk-taking capacity.
